Nine trades.
One edge.

Kitchens, buildings, vehicles, networks. I find out why the system isn't working — then I make it work.

15° THE STONE THE EDGE

The stone never cuts anything.
It's the reason everything else does.

The principle

A whetstone holds one angle, and holds it the same way every time. That's the entire trick.

A dish that loses money on every plate. A breaker that won't hold. An engine that misfires under load. A camera system that drops at night. Every one of them is a system out of true, for a reason nobody has isolated yet.

My job is isolating the reason. Which trade it happens to fall under is a detail.

How the work runs

Flatten. Hone. Strop.

01 · Coarse

Flatten

You can't sharpen on a warped stone. First I find what's actually wrong — scan data, load readings, plate costs, packet loss. Measured, not guessed. Nothing gets replaced before it gets understood.

02 · Medium

Hone

The fix addresses the cause, not the symptom. You get told what failed, why it failed, and what it costs before I touch it. No surprise line items.

03 · Finish

Strop

Then it's tuned to hold. Margins that survive a busy Saturday, wiring that passes inspection, systems documented so the next person isn't starting from zero.
